Large baking potatoes, vegetable oil, butter, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese.
Brush large baking potatoes with vegetable oil and bake for an hour until tender.
Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise after removing them from the oven.
Remove most of the potato flesh, leaving a thin layer inside the skins. Mash the potato flesh with butter, sour cream, milk, and spices.
Incorporate crumbled bacon and shredded cheese into the mashed potatoes for a burst of flavor.
Scoop the mashed potato mixture back into the potato skins, then top with more cheese, bacon, and green onions.
Bake the filled potato skins until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately with extra sour cream on the side if desired.
