Marble rye bread, butter, garlic powder, deli sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, dill pickles, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, Thousand Island dressing, Swiss cheese.
Chop marble rye bread into 1-inch cubes. Melt butter and mix with garlic powder. Toss bread cubes in the butter mixture.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place half of the bread cubes in the bottom of the dish. Layer corned beef over the bread cubes.
Add sauerkraut over the corned beef, followed by chopped dill pickles and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the ingredients in the baking dish. Place Swiss cheese slices on top, then add the remaining bread cubes.
Bake the casserole until the bread cubes are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Let the Reuben Casserole rest before slicing. Serve as a standalone dish or with a side salad for a complete meal.
