Lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, fresh parsley, dried oregano, butter, mushrooms, onions, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper.
Combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, and oregano in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate the mixture for later use.
In a skillet, sauté mushrooms, onions, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until onions are translucent. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, bouillon, and flour. Whisk in chicken broth and cream. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Arrange lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, sautéed spinach, and mozzarella cheese in layers.
Cover the lasagna with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden.
